Buero-365 offers comprehensive business management tools, including lead management, quote creation, contract management, invoicing, and email tracking.
Usage restrictions:
- The services may only be used for legal and lawful purposes.
- Any action that could impair the security or availability of the platform is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs on the platform are the property of Buero-365 and are protected by copyright. Users are granted a non-transferable, limited right of use.
4. User Content
Users may upload or create content on the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual right to use, display, and edit the content as part of our services. Your rights to the content remain unaffected.
5. Limitation of Liability
Buero-365 is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform. This includes, in particular, data loss, loss of profits, and business interruptions.
6. Subscription Terms
Free Trial Period: Users can try our services free fo charge for one month, starting from their initial registration.
Automatic Renewal: After the trial period ends, the subscription becomes paid and is automatically renewed on a monthly basis.
Cancellation Terms: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current month. Cancellations can be made via the user account or by email to support@buero-365.com
Payment: Payments are billed monthly in advance. Users are responsible for ensuring that the stored payment information is up-to-date and accurate to gaurantee smooth processing.
Refunds: Payments already made are non-refundable. However, access will remain available until the end of the billing period.
7. Data Protection
We place great importance on protecting your data. Detailed information on the processing of your personal data, including its nature and scope, can be found in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to external websites. We assume no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.
9. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
Buero-365 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.
